Finally Foods is a female-led, AI-driven molecular farming startup growing real animal proteins inside plants. Our first product is casein, the key dairy protein responsible for stretch, melt, and foam, produced using potatoes as bioreactors. Founded in March 2024 by Strauss Group through its innovation hub The Kitchen, we have already signed a paid-upfront commercial agreement with CBC Group (Coca-Cola Israel), owners of Tara Dairy, who also invested in the company, alongside a matching non-dilutive grant from the Israel Innovation Authority.
